Staytoo Kaiserslautern ▾
Acquisition, development, construction management, and operation of a large-scale student housing project comprising 370 apartments and approx. 12,300 sqm GFA — completed in just 16 months.

Honoured with the Best-in-Class Award by The Class Foundation at the Class Conference 2018 in Milan for the pioneering mixed-use concept of the Staytoo Kaiserslautern project.
The international jury of The Class Foundation recognised the Staytoo Kaiserslautern project for its pioneering mixed-use concept. The integration of student housing, co-working spaces, and community areas under one roof set new benchmarks for the European PBSA sector. The Best-in-Class Awards have been presented by The Class Foundation since 2016 and are regarded as one of the most important accolades in European student living.
